About Me
I’m Wayne May, NVQ Level 2 qualified and the groomer behind MutzLoveCutz. As a one-to-one groomer, my main focus is keeping your dog calm and comfortable throughout their appointment. I take my time, work at your dog’s pace, and make sure each groom feels as relaxed and stress-free as possible. I use high-quality, all-natural products and aim to make every visit a positive experience for both you and your dog.

How booking works
- 1 Call or email with breed + weight (kg) + coat condition.
- 2 I’ll confirm a slot and a price range.
- 3 Drop off, groom, then a quick handover with notes.
Matting policy summary
Your dog’s welfare comes first. Matted coats can hurt. I won’t brush out severe matting. If needed, I will clip short for comfort. Extra charges can apply for heavy matting, difficult behaviour, or extra time. Skin issues can show after matting removal.
Cancellation policy
- ✓ Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- ✓ Less than 48 hours notice may be charged 50% of the booked service.
- ✓ Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the booked service.
- ✓ Late arrivals may mean I shorten the service or move the appointment.
- ✓ Repeat missed appointments may need payment upfront for future bookings.
